License Plate Lucrative (LPL)

License Plate Lucrative (LPL) - adj. 1. a term referring to a location with a wide variety of out-of-state license plates; 2. a term referring to a location where out-of-state visitors frequent. The St. Louis Zoo parking lot is LPL.
