License Plate Lucrative (LPL)


License Plate Lucrative (LPL) - adj. 1. a term referring to a location with a wide variety of out-of-state license plates; 2. a term referring to a location where out-of-state visitors frequent. The St. Louis Zoo parking lot is LPL.

  2. Yes, and the picture above is SO out-of-date. We went to the zoo yesterday and saw that the 'zoo' sculpture is out in the parking lot near the highway. Kuddos to whoever thought of that.
